Placing Your Order

When you’re ready to check out, click the shopping cart icon at the top right. From there, you can review your items and adjust quantities if needed.
Once everything looks perfect, click “Proceed to Checkout” and enter your details on our simple, secure checkout page.

Important: After your order has been placed, changes are no longer possible, as processing begins immediately to ensure fast delivery.

Track Your Order

Every order includes Track & Trace.
Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.
Please note that it may take some time for tracking information to update.

Delivery Times

All orders are automatically processed immediately after being placed to ensure fast delivery.
All items are shipped from our central warehouse.
Average delivery time is 8–12 business days, depending on your region.

Missed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails, your package will be held for up to 7 days at the courier’s distribution center.
The driver will leave a notification with pickup instructions.
If you don’t receive this notification, please contact the courier directly or email us at support@lyncnova.com for assistance.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Although we do our best to assist you, changes may not be possible once the order is being processed.
If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows the order as delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within 14 days.
The courier will open an investigation, and we will keep you updated on every step.
