Can I Return My Order?

Yes, you can.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order within 60 days of receiving it.
Please review the following return conditions carefully:

  • The item must be in original condition, unused, and complete (including all tags, accessories, and original packaging).

  • Damage caused by improper handling (e.g., cracks, scratches, stains) excludes the item from refund eligibility.

  • For products of a hygienic nature (e.g., jewelry, accessories, clothing), the item must be clean and unworn.

  • Items that arrive damaged must be reported immediately by email with photos as documentation.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returns are reviewed within 30 business days after the returned goods are received.
    If all return conditions are met, confirmation and refund will be issued within this period.

  • We reserve the right to reject or partially refund returns if items show signs of use or do not comply with our return policy.

How Do I Return My Order?

If your order meets the above return conditions, please follow these steps to begin your return:

  1. Send an email to support@lyncnova.com
  2. Include the following information in your message:
    • Your order number
    • The reason for return
    • A photo of the item, if it arrived damaged
    • Your full name
    • Your complete address

After receiving your message, we will contact you promptly and provide the official return address.

Please never send your return to the sender’s address on the package.
The correct return address is provided only by our customer service team.
Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

Reporting Missing Items

Missing or undelivered items must be reported within 5 days of delivery by email to our customer service team.
Please include a photo of the received package contents so we can review the case.
Reports submitted after this period cannot be considered due to logistical limitations.

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following terms, provided the buyer is a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to their trade, business, or profession.

Withdrawal Policy

You have the right to withdraw your order within 60 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

Because our system processes orders automatically, cancellations cannot be made once the order is placed.
Withdrawal is only possible after receiving the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you — excluding shipping costs and any additional fees resulting from your selection of a delivery method other than our standard shipping option.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days after receipt and successful inspection of the returned goods.
Refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

The full order amount will be refunded if the items are returned in perfect condition.
For damaged or non-originally packaged items, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount to cover the loss in value.

All returns are shipped at the customer’s expense to our central warehouse in Asia. A refund is only possible if all return conditions are fully met.
